About Allisyn

Hi! My name is Alli, and I have several years of experience working with children in both caregiving and educational settings. I've worked as a nanny and in early childhood education, where I supported young children's learning, routines, and social development. I also work at the YMCA as an Aquatics Manager, where I teach swim lessons, supervise programs, and help create a safe, fun environment for kids of all ages. These experiences have helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition to childcare, I also have experience with pet sitting and caring for animals. I'm comfortable helping with feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I'm patient, responsible, and love building positive relationships with both kids and families. I enjoy creating fun, engaging activities while also making sure everyone stays safe and supported.
