Hi! I'm Allison - a warm, calm, and nurturing nanny with 14+ years of experience caring for newborns, toddlers, and young children. I helped raise my two siblings from infancy, and I've nannied for families in Boston, LA, and Hawaii. I'm hands-on, developmentally focused, and fully present - never a phone-on-the-couch nanny.
