I would 100% recommend Allison (Ali)! She is smart, outgoing, really approachable, and our daughter took her to her very naturally. Ali was our top candidate when looking to hire a fulltime nanny for the summer. We had a phone interview and an hour in-person at our home. She asked all the right questions, came with scheduling ideas to fill the days, and was very proactive in her responses to us. At the last minute, we received an open spot on a waiting list at a daycare center and went that route because it was the most convenient for our family. We would 100% recommend Ali!
