About Allison

I'd describe my personality as responsible, trustworthy, honest I like working with kids because they're full of energy, I feel rewarded helping them learn new things. I enjoy being a positive influence in their lives. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have a positive impact with adults and kids. I look for clear communication, being respected and where my work matters. I look for consistency. I started working with kids my freshman year of high school. I've always enjoyed working with kids. I have the patience and creativity necessary when working with kids. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, paint, workout, and I really enjoy baking! One thing you should know about me is I come from a large family. I have a passion for working with kids. I wanted to go to school to get my degree in child development. My skills include communication skills, I'm patient and understanding, I'm creative and like to engage with kids.
