About Allison

I have extensive experience working with children across early childhood settings, supported by an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Child Studies. My experience includes caring for and educating young children while supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and language development through developmentally appropriate practices. As a mother of three, I bring a strong understanding of children's needs, routines, and individual differences. I value creating safe, nurturing, and structured environments where children feel supported and encouraged to explore, learn, and build positive relationships.
