She hasn't shown up for work in weeks and stopped communicating the last week. Prior to that, she's been showing up late. We had a winter storm that impacted the area; however, businesses still operate and did not shut down for weeks. My experience with Allison has been mixed. She is great with my baby and dog when she wants to be but I experienced a lot of inconsistencies and lack of communication from her. Out of the 4 months working with her, she missed work 5 weeks. Overall, I would say she is unprofessional. Her lack of showing up left me in a bind on multiple occasions.
