About Allison

Hi Parents, My name is Allison and I am 35 years old. I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. I am married to my wonderful husband Sean and we have 4 children. I have a passion for working with children and I have worked as a lead teacher at day care and as a nanny. I worked for 3 years at a childcare center. Two of which I was a lead teacher in their 2 1/2 to 3-year-old room. I left to become a full-time nanny. For the past 7 1/2 years I have had the pleasure of nannying for 3 wonderful families. I have experience with children ages newborn to 12 years. I have a CDA (Child Development Accreditation) and I am also CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified. I am also currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University where I am pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am very big into reading as well as providing educational activities and outside play (weather permitting). I love to do arts and crafts, science projects, board games, and much more.
