We have two older dogs who are often anxious and not comfortable with new people. Allison took extra time before and during our trip to get to know them, and they warmed to her quickly. While we were gone she took pictures and thought of ideas to keep them comfortable that even we didn't think of. She genuinely cares about dogs, and it's wonderful to work with her. We will definitely hire her again!
