About Allison

I'd describe my personality as adaptive, caring, curious. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing kids thrive in a happy, caring environment. I also enjoy seeing their developmental milestones play out! I'm looking for a job that can allow me to get more experience in childcare, so I can continue to provide quality care for children and their families! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old! In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, and craft! One thing you should know about me is I get excited about the little things! Your child finally holds a crayon correctly? I'm gonna jump and clap and congratulate them! I love to see growth and I love to encourage them to be proud of their accomplishments no matter how small! I can adapt to anything our day may throw at us! I watch situations with great curiosity to see why and how things are happening. And I always have a checklist in my head making sure everything is fully finished!
