I have a year and a half of work experience with Montessori Early Childhood Education as well as continuing my Montessori experience with nannying for 3 months since my school closed. I worked with children 3 months old up to 5 years old. I also have a 2. 5-year-old son who I have with me during nannying. I am comfortable nannying at my house or going to your house. Allison is a wonderful caregiver and educator! We’ve had her as a daycare teacher as well as a nanny. She gets on the level of our toddler, nurturing her deep curiosity, language and motor skills. I appreciate how she prioritizes outside time and enriching activities like little outings, water play, etc. Our kiddo often doesn’t feel the need to leave at the end of the day. It’s also clear Allison genuinely enjoys what she does. It’s been such a privilege to have her as part of our village, and I’d recommend her to anyone.
