I'm an experienced and passionate childcare provider with a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing children's growth and development. I began working with children at 16, at a martial arts facility and eventually became the morning manager for their summer camp program. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and highly creative, always seeking innovative ways to engage children. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where kids feel safe to explore their imaginations and learn through play. When it comes to communication, I prioritize transparency and adapt to the parents' preferred method, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I also have no qualms about enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and safe environment for the children in my care.
