About Allison

Hi! I'm a warm, patient, and experienced childcare provider with 4 years of hands-on experience. I'm passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and unique needs. Over the years, I've had the joy of working with children of all ages-from infants to preteens. One year, I cared for newborn twins full-time, and the following year, I had the privilege of working with a 14-year-old nonverbal autistic young lady. These experiences have helped me grow as a caregiver and taught me the importance of compassion, adaptability, and personalized care. I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time and love engaging with kids through outdoor play, board games, crafts, and educational activities. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and cooking, and I always stick to household rules. Clear/open communication with parents is something I truly value. I'm CPR certified, have some college education, and speak both English and Spanish.
