About Allison

I'm a 26-year-old University of Washington graduate and Certified Behavioral Technician. I just moved from Seattle, WA where I worked with students at a special needs school. I have a long history in caring for and teaching kids with autism and other developmental disabilities Over my 10 years working with kids, I've gained experience not only in traditional childcare, but also in creating a safe, patient, and supportive environment for children who may need a little extra understanding or structure. My background in behavioral support has given me skills that I love bringing into childcare - from communication and emotional regulation to following routines. I provide age appropriate, developmental learning and handle every challenging moment with patience and compassion. I'm BLS/CPR certified and background checked.
