About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison, and I'm a second grade teacher with 4 years of experience supporting children of all abilities and needs. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a one-on-one paraprofessional with high needs students, which helped me build strong skills in patience, communication, flexibility, and creating a safe, supportive environment for every child. I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a caring and engaging environment. I love arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and collecting sea glass in my free time. I'm outgoing, dependable, adaptable, and understanding of each family's unique needs. I also am certified in First Aid/AED and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) training. I'm currently looking for a summer babysitting or nanny position while school is out, and I'd love the opportunity to support a family and create a fun, safe, and positive summer for your children!
