About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison, and I am looking for a part-time job as a Nanny/Babysitter. I am currently attending Central Michigan University's Mental Health Counseling program online. I plan on becoming a child counselor after graduating from this program. In the meantime, I would like to spend my time in school working with children to better prepare myself. I have experience working as a Nanny as well as an Assistant Teacher at a daycare. I spent over a year working at Brighton Montessori and have been working recently at a Kindercare. My goal is to provide children with ample opportunities to grow within a safe and healthy environment. I believe that the Montessori approach allows children to develop a sense of independence and responsibility that is necessary to prepare them for their futures.
