Hello - my name is Allison. After staying home with my kids for 14 years, I went back to school to receive an accelerated 2nd degree in Nursing. I graduated in 2011 - Magna Cum Laude. My previous education is in English Literature from JMU. My experience in Nursing includes a provider's office of 18 doctors, I was a Labor and Delivery RN and my most recent position was as the only RN at a Memory Care Facility. This was my favorite position because it made me a more empathetic and patient human being. I thoroughly enjoyed assisting our residents, with dignity, to meet any of their personal needs. My hope is that a family reads my profile, meets with me and finds me to be an excellent, proficient caregiver for their loved one.
