About Allison

Allison deserves this five star rating for so many reasons. My most recent experience with her was when she came through last minute to care for our foster dog Jeb (a large adult bloodhound mix). Jeb was troubled since being recently relinquished by his long time owner due to a terminal health diagnosis. He was mad and confused and scared. I had to go away for a long weekend so Allison came in and basically sat Shiva with Jeb. Not only providing him his basic needs of food, meds, and exercise - she provided intangible healing support that comes through steady presence and love. There was more light in Jeb's eyes when I came home. Allison was an important part of his healing journey. All of this to say, she is way more than your average dog sitter. You won't have to worry about your personal belongings or your home (or pet) being disrespected in any way. She's salt of the Earth.
