I'm willing to do tutoring on weekends, however, I occasionally am out of town for seminars or am taking a day off. I'm able to tutor preschool age children through 6th grade. I can do tutoring in the subject area if English for higher grades. I follow developmental stages when I tutor children under kindergarten (I follow state standards for children k-12) and do not teach them (children under kindergarten) to read. I will teach them phonetics and so forth. If reading happens, it's because the child is ready.

My daughter got the pleasure of working with Allison in third grade. She is the most amazing teacher we could have ever asked for. She met our child where she was, gave her confidence in her strengths, while building up her growth edges, all while making it fun. We will forever be grateful out her time with Allison.
