About Allison

Hello, families! My name is Allison, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with a background in nannying and professional education. As a special education teacher, I bring valuable experience supporting children with diverse needs, understanding individual learning styles, encouraging positive behavior, and creating safe, structured, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. My teaching experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, establish routines, navigate challenging moments with patience, and adapt to each child's needs. I look forward to connecting with a wonderful family and providing care that gives parents peace of mind while helping children feel happy, safe, and supported!
