With two years of dedicated experience , years of volunteer work in senior care, and a graduate degree, I bring a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to every home. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure your loved ones remain safe and secure. I am here to assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, errands, and transportation. My priority is always creating a comfortable environment where your family member feels respected and heard. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and navigating behavioral shifts with a gentle, redirecting touch. I maintain open communication through your preferred method, whether that is a phone call or a text update.
