About Allison

I'd describe my personality as patient, reliable, and energetic! I like working with kids because of their energy and curiosity! I find it really rewarding to support their growth, help them learn new things, and create a safe, positive environment for them. I'm looking for a job that provides and stable and positive environment where I can support children's growth and be someone the family can depend on. I started working with children about four years ago, and have experience with ages ranging from newborns to 12 years old. I've also worked with an autistic child, which strengthened my patience and adaptability. In my spare time, I like to adventure outside, paddle boarding, rock climbing, and hiking! I also love to read, watch movies, and hangout with my friends! One thing you should know about me is that I truly care about the kids I work with, and treat them with the same attention and respect I would give my own family.
