About Allison

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion. For the last five years, I've dedicated myself to childcare, working with children aged newborn to 11. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, allowing me to provide focused and individualized attention. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and caring environment. I enjoy encouraging free play, outdoor activities, and reading, while also allowing for educational screen time when desired. I am trained in First Aid and CPR, and I've completed coursework in Early Child Development and have an educational background in ECE(early childhood education). Light housekeeping is something I am willing to help with. I love staying in and being creative, so I hope to share my passion with your family.
