Alison is an amazing and thorough housekeeper. She's prompt, communicates well and follows our schedule. She is also flexible in the rare instances we need to change it. I have a number of allergies and she's willing to use my products in order to make sure our house stays safe. She also will focus on specific areas of the house when we ask her to. For instance, we had some cob webs starting to develop on the ceiling so she added additional focus and attention to that for a visit. Another visit she did special focus on our baseboards. She asks for feedback and is very direct. I would hire her anytime. She's the most dependable housekeeper we've had.
