I did a phone interview on Saturday, an in person interview on Sunday and then offered her the job Sunday evening. She accepted and said she was very excited and we negotiated terms and agreed to her starting on Wednesday. I then spoke to her again on Monday, got a copy of her drivers license and reconfirmed for Wednesday. Wednesday came and she never showed up, nor did she call or text to cancel. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
