About Allison

Caring for children is more than a job to me-it's my passion. I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow. Watching them build confidence and reach milestones is incredibly rewarding. I have nine years of experience caring for children from newborns to 11 years old. I earned my Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2020, where I gained extensive knowledge of early childhood development. This helps me create fun, age-appropriate activities through play, crafts, reading, educational games, and outdoor time. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and nurturing. I provide individualized care, positive encouragement, and can assist with meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, and daily communication.
