About Allison

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have dedicated my career to creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children. For the past three years, I have served as a VPK teacher, where I have focused on preparing children academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten. My experience includes working in a variety of early childhood settings, including multiple childcare centers and a Montessori school, allowing me to develop a well-rounded approach that blends structure, creativity, and child-led exploration. In addition to my professional experience, I am a proud mother of two boys, ages 3. 5 and 1. 5. As I continue to grow in my career, I am seeking opportunities that align with both my professional skills and my role as a mother, ideally in a position that would allow me to bring my youngest child with me.
