About Allison

As a childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm known for my patience and calm demeanor, which allows me to create a friendly and approachable environment for the children in my care. I work in Human Resources as my full time job, on a daily basis I handle various situation and emotions when they arise (yes, adult are that similar to children) My active lifestyle complements my enthusiasm for outdoor sports and interactive games. I grew up play all kinds of sports and swam for 15 years. I love teaching and learning new sports. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while being mindful of each child's individual needs. I'm happy to care for up to three children of all ages and can provide assistance with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
