About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison, and I'm 21 years old with 9 years of childcare experience. I grew up caring for my little sister and babysitting for a family of five, and I've always had a passion for caring for littles. For over 4 years, I've worked at an in-home daycare with children ages 3 months to 5 years, where I advanced to Lead Teacher. My responsibilities include creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment, planning daily activities, mentoring assistants, maintaining a clean and safe space, and supporting each child's growth through play and structured learning. I prepare nutritious meals, assist with potty training and diapering, and help with nap time and cleanup. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid, with multiple certifications in Early Childhood Development, Infant Safety, and Safe Sleep practices.
