About Allison

Hi! I'm Allison. The oldest of three siblings and a natural caregiver from the start. I grew up babysitting my younger siblings while my mom worked which sparked my love for caregiving early on. I've worked as a camp counselor at the YMCA in Lake Wales I am certified in CPR training and have in the past been a live-in nanny for 3 to 4 kids over several summers . I am comfortable juggling multiple kids routines, and lots of energy. I also volunteered with the where hope lives program in Phoenix, Arizona supporting adults in their recovery. an experience that shaped my patience, compassion and positive approach to care. I am a dependable, upbeat and love creating a safe, fun and loving environment for kids.
