Hi! My name is Allison and I have over two years of experience working with children, including those with special needs, ages 2-12. During this time, I gained valuable skills in patience, understanding, and adaptability, ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and engaged. I also have personal experience caring for my nephew, a toddler, since he was a newborn, so I'm comfortable handling everything from diaper changes to nap schedules and toddler adventures. For added peace of mind, I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring I'm prepared to handle any situation that may arise.
