Hello there! I am excited for the opportunity to work with you and your family. I have been a teacher for the past 5 years in the Rouge Valley, teaching 2nd, 5th and 4th grade throughout that time. Before teaching I had many years of childcare experience such as working for the YMCA as a camp counselor, being a soccer coach for children ages 2 years to 10 years old, and nannying or babysitting for many families. I love finding authentic teaching moments with the kids I supervise and helping them explore the world around them in safe ways. I'd describe my personality as calm, dedicated and creative. I like working with kids because they find so many joys in everyday life, and have such wonderful imaginations!
