About Allison

I'd describe my personality as fun-loving, friendly, and trusting. I enjoy working with children because I enjoy seeing their creativity and natural curiosity expand their worlds. I have over 14 yrs of special education experience as a para-pro in a classroom setting. Awarded twice for my dedication to my students by the staff and parents in our district. As well as a proud mom of 2 young, successful adult children. I'm looking for a local occasional job. I do currently work full-time M-F, Aug - May, 8-4 p.m. If you have an occasional need, outside of those hours, I may be your person! I started working with kids when I was in middle school/high school. (a long time ago.) Starting as a babysitter, Sunday school teacher, lifeguard giving lessons and paraprofessional. In my spare time, I love to be in nature, hiking, or painting. One thing you should know about me is I'm friendly, creative and intuitive. My skills include being creative, very trustworthy, and friendly.
