About Allison

Hi parents! I am a sophomore field hockey player, from Virginia, at Adelphi University. Apart of the Scholar Teacher Education Program (STEP), I major in history! I have a strong passion for working with children, 6 years of hands-on experience, and while I am home for the summer in Virginia, I work at the Children's Museum of Richmond. As a creative, friendly, and nurturing individual, I strive to make a positive impact on each child's life. From outdoor sports to technology-based apps, I love engaging children in a variety of games that are both fun and educational. I believe open communication is essential, so l provide regular updates to parents. I also follow household rules and routines to ensure consistency for the children. In addition to my First Aid and CPR training, I am also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I look forward to the opportunity to support your family!
