About Allison

I'm an experienced, reliable caregiver with many years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, from newborns as young as 2 weeks old through early teens. I began caring for a family when their baby was just 2 weeks old and later became their live-in nanny when they welcomed a second child. In addition to long-term nanny roles, I've worked as a house manager, handling daily routines, organization, and household support while providing attentive childcare. I've been babysitting since middle school and am comfortable with infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and teens. I'm patient, calm, dependable, and adaptable, and I take pride in creating a safe, supportive environment.
