About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison. I'm a 23 y/o recent college graduate with a bachelors degree in Psychology, focusing on child development! I have 8+ years of experience as a babysitter and 6+ years of professional experience working in childcare/behavioral. I currently work as a full-time behavior technician, but am looking for other options as I plan go to back to school and pursue a master's degree in either psychology (specialization in child/adolescent development), social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (haven't decided yet!) I'm CPR + First Aid certified and have extensive experience with children of all ages, particularly with ages 3 m/o - 12 y/o. I'm skilled in, diaper changes, sleep strategies, reinforcement strategies, activities, homework help, and I have my own car.
