About Allison

I've always had a passion for caring for children and supporting families. My previous babysitting roles reinforced this passion and motivated me to pursue a career as a childcare provider. My creative and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children, making their time in my care enjoyable and educational. When it comes to communication, I believe in regular updates to parents, either via text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring consistency for the child. I have a graduate degree, and although it's not in a child-related field, my educational background has contributed to my overall development and ability to provide a well-rounded care experience. My experience with children ranges from newborns to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time.
