About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison and I'm 24. I grew up in Grand Rapids and after traveling around a little bit came back. I am currently a student at Calvin University studying Literature and Philosophy. I have quite a bit of babysitting experience including two autistic children. After high school I took a semester off and taught academics, piano, and ballet in Guatemala to kids in different grades. Since then I have taught ballet to a wide range of ages in both Michigan and Tennessee. If you'd like I can teach piano while babysitting/nannying as well! I love finding creative ways to spend time with kids. When I can I like to make things educational and/or active if I can find a way to make it fun! My ideal situation would be caring for one family, doing after school care and the occasional (much needed) nights for personal time/date nights. I have reliable, safe transportation if you need any pick ups done as well. I hope you're staying healthy and sane during this crazy time!
