I have been babysitting since I was 14. When I turned 16, I got a job at a daycare. I've cared after children as young as a month old to 13 years old throughout my caregiving career. Ever since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to be a Pediatrician. I think that's why, I have gotten so involved with caring for other people's children. I have a bachelors in psychology from UNCC. I'm still working toward my dream to become a Pediatrician to continue caring and helping children. I am looking to apply to PA school. I've worked as a CNA (certified nursing assistant) in total for 5 years now. I am CPR certified and have basic first aid training. It seems as I've always been taking care of someone. If you allow me into your home I will continue to give the safe, compassionate, and fun care that I've been providing all my life.

Allison has been an absolutely wonderful nanny for our daughter since she was 3 months old. She is extremely loving, knowledgeable, honest and communicative. Leaving an infant for the first time is certainly challenging but we never once worried about the safety and well-being of our child when she was under Allison’s care. We also loved receiving the photos and updates Allison readily provided. She takes great pride in her work and truly treated our daughter as if she were her own. We will miss her greatly.
