Please keep in mind that I am a person who needs communication to effectively clean and manage the property under my care. I have a 1-year-old son so he may need to be in tow wherever I go. For this reason my rates are lower to reflect this. My hourly rate for housekeeping services with my son are $18/hr for one hour.
