About Allison

I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with over 10 years of experience as a certified special education teacher. I have worked with children of various ages and abilities, including those with autism, intellectual disabilities, and complex behavioral and developmental needs. My experience includes creating engaging activities, supporting child development, establishing routines, and providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I love helping children learn, explore, build confidence, and have fun! I am CPR and First Aid certified and have personal caregiving experience, as well as experience working as a night nanny. I understand the importance of trust, communication, and children's individual needs. I enjoy crafts, reading, imaginative play, educational activities, and helping with daily routines. I strive to provide attentive, individualized care that gives families peace of mind.
