About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison, and I'm a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience working with children ages 18 months to 6 years old. Working with children is something I truly enjoy, and I love creating a fun, nurturing, and positive environment where little ones feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I would describe myself as compassionate, energetic, patient, and dependable. My background in behavioral therapy has given me valuable experience understanding children's individual needs, encouraging communication, supporting developmental milestones, and creating engaging activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm also a huge animal lover, so furry family members are absolutely welcome! I am available on weeknights and have greater flexibility on weekends.
