About Allison

I understand that every child is unique and requires different levels of care, patience, and encouragement as they grow. With infants, I provide a safe, loving environment while supporting feeding, sleeping, and developmental routines. With toddlers, I encourage independence, language development, and learning through play. As an experienced VPK teacher, I help preschoolers build early academic, social, and creative skills through engaging activities. My goal is to be more than a caregiver; I strive to become a dependable, nurturing, and positive presence in each child's life. I value open communication, mutual trust, and respecting each family's parenting style and routines to ensure consistent, loving, and personalized care. I'd describe my personality as Loving and Nurturing. Patient and Understanding. Dependable and Trustworthy. I started working with kids in 2018
