About Allison

I'm a 31-year-old Baker resident living with my husband and our two big dogs, both of whom are named for potatoes. I've worked at publicly traded tech companies (Zoom and Udemy) for the past six years and am ready to make a big career change, leaning into my passions for writing, reading, and working with kids. I'm considering making a career transition into becoming a teacher or librarian and am looking for work as a babysitter or nanny as I transition out of corporate work. In my free time, I volunteer with the DPL as a Read Aloud volunteer, run a pop-up used bookstore, and go to the movies.
