About Allison

Nurturing children and witnessing their growth has been my passion for the past four years. My experience in previous roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact on young lives by providing reliable, dedicated support for families. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I am a registeted behavior technician working with neurodivergent children. I am in school to be a Elementary Special Ed teacher. I am patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who enjoys engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and crafts. Because I am a skilled swimmer, I am comfortable providing swimming supervision as I am a WSI. I always follow your lead regarding household rules and your preferred communication style for daily updates. I strive to create a safe and imaginative environment.
