About Allison

I have a genuine passion for working with children because there's nothing more rewarding than watching them grow, gain confidence, and come out of their shells. As an educator, I'm proud to be graduating from ESU this May with a degree in Social Studies Education. I believe that every child is unique, and their interests and individuality should be celebrated and shared with those around them. Children are developing into the leaders of tomorrow, and I'm excited to support and guide them as they grow into the best versions of themselves. My journey working with children began back in middle school when I started nannying for my neighbors. I volunteered with homeschooled children to support their learning and development. In college, I had the opportunity to further expand my experience by working with middle and high school students at Emporia Middle School, Emporia High School, and Shawnee Mission West High School. For the last two summers, I have nannied at 10-year-old boy.
