About Allison

Hi! My name is Ally. I've babysat since I was 12 years old and love to be around kids and teenagers! I just finished my graduate degree in marine science and have lots of teaching experience (both in classrooms and outdoors). I am CPR & first aid certified and am very attentive to safety. I am happy to help with driving (to and from sports etc after school), some household chores, cooking, errands, grocery shopping, or whatever is needed. In the past I've also taken kids surfing and/or hiking (when babysitting with another adult such as my fiancé). I particularly love babysitting for kids ages 3+ but am open to younger as well. I am comfortable babysitting 1-3 kids at a time. I am very patient, kind, and energetic with kids and try to make babysitting time fun and positive--but I'm also very happy to enforce the rules of the house with kids. I am happy to use whatever communication method is most comfortable for parents!
