About Allison

I'm a certified ABA therapist with experience caring for children of all ages and abilities, including those with developmental and behavioral needs. Supporting kids brings me a lot of joy. I love watching them learn new things, gain confidence, and feel understood. It's a big part of why I chose to work in childcare and special needs support in the first place. I'm patient, reliable, and very hands-on. I enjoy doing activities that keep kids engaged, whether that's crafts, play-based learning, outdoor time, or structured routines depending on what each child responds best to. I'm also comfortable helping with light tasks throughout the day such as meal prep/snacks, homework support, sensory-friendly activities, communication practice, and fun downtime.
