There are no words to describe how fantastic Allison is. We hired her for the summer to watch our autistic son while we worked from home, and every day I was awe of her patience, understanding, ability to keep him engaged, while encouraging him to take on new skills he hadn't mastered yet. She connected with him, while also maintaining authority in their relationship to keep him on track. My son loved seeing her every day, and we were all heartbroken when the summer ended.
