About Alli

Hi! My name is Alli, and I have a genuine love for working with children. I grew up in a big family with four sisters-two older and two younger-so I've been surrounded by kids of all ages my whole life. That experience has given me a natural comfort with everything from caring for little ones to encouraging older kids as they grow more independent. I'm a very compassionate and patient person. One of my biggest passions is supporting children not only with their day-to-day needs but also with their growth, confidence, and mental development. Whether that's through creative play, homework help, or simply being a safe and supportive presence, I enjoy finding ways to bring joy and encouragement to the kids I care for. I am first aid and CPR certified. Families I work with can count on me to be responsible, attentive, and compassionate. My goal is to create a safe, positive, and uplifting environment where children feel loved, supported, and free to be themselves.
