I would 100% hire Alli for a child giver, I felt at total ease leaving my 4yr old granddaughter with Alli, she has a CPR certification and has watched numerous children in the past. She is very soft spoken and has a awesome passion for children, my granddaughter had a wonderful time with Alli.
